“Faith is not the clinging to a shrine but an endless pilgrimage of the heart” - Abraham Joshua Heschel
I have always been a seeker - always taken things too seriously (or so I was told). I have sought a spiritual home throughout my life - finding it in moments - finding it in grace - finding it in hard-won spiritual struggles, in friendships, in communion with other seekers.
Yet the Spirit is always on the move - moving through and within, above and beyond and underlying all things. One can’t have a static spiritual home.
This pilgrimage is about moving with the Spirit - taking myself out of my regular life so see where I am guided next. I have questions, discernments and prayers that I will be carrying with me. But I have no agenda. I want to walk and invest my body into this experience of being a pilgrim - making my way across 500 miles in faith and honoring that child in me who always wanted to do this.
Peace and Love to you all +

I feel so honored to follow this journey with you. What a beautiful photo of you as a child; you've hardly changed at all!! I love your perspective..."these are the feet that will be walking!" You are not too serious...that is hilarious!!
